As part of this work, we’re updating several systems that power our support experience, including:
Help Chat infrastructure and reliability improvements
AI & LLM tooling used to assist with support requests
Internal support services and integrations
Performance, stability, and security improvements
During maintenance, site features may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent issues. Other BrickVerse services are not expected to be affected.
We’ll restore full Help Center functionality as soon as the upgrades are complete.
